WHAT KIND OF TREATS COME IN YOUR ORDERS?

♡ we include Wiggles & Wags yogurt and peanut butter biscuits in our orders.

♡ ingredients: wheat flour, rolled oats, peanut flour, vegetable oil, sugar, whey powder, milk solids (source of yogurt flavor), soy lecithin, artificial flavor, corn starch, salt, confectioner's glaze, carnauba wax, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

♡ yes! all US orders $35+ ship free! US orders under $35 have a flat rate shipping cost of $3.50

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK-UP/DROP-OFF? 

♡ no, unfortunately we do not offer these services at the moment. we may offer these services in the future.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

♡ because our products are made-to-order, our processing time is 10 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays. orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.  

♡ our processing time does not include shipping duration. once we ship your order, we have no control over the length of time it takes to reach you.

♡ expedited shipping does not change processing timeframe. you will need to request a rush order listing to expedite order processing. 

I NEED MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE.

♡ if you need your order by a specific date, please request a rush order listing. you may also need to purchase expedited shipping to ensure quick delivery.

♡ purchasing expedited shipping alone does not qualify your order to be rushed & may still take the full 10 business days to ship. 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT.

♡ USPS sometimes marks packages as 'delivered' early. it could take up to a week for your package to actually show up. 

♡ check in more secure locations where your package may have been delivered. (front offices, front/back porch, garages, etc.)

♡ unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages once shipped/delivered. you will need to contact your local post office to file a claim.

♡ if you frequently have issues with your packages being lost/stolen, please contact us prior to ordering. we can offer package insurance and/or the option to sign for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE COUPONS/DISCOUNTS?

yes! all of our brand ambassadors have unique discount codes for their followers. find their codes on our Instagram! you may only use one code at a time.
